A great deal has changed in the way people seek treatment for all sorts of conditions and the last ten years has seen one of the biggest revolutions in healthcare since the arrival of the NHS in the late forties. Online prescribing has gone from being a small niche market dominated by online clinics based offshore at the turn of the century to a multibillion pound industry run by major international pharmaceutical groups. In this article, we look at how this market developed and the legality of buying treatments online.
Really the birth of the online prescribing market sometimes known as remote prescribing can be traced back to the arrival of Viagra. As most people know, this magic blue pill was an extraordinary stroke of commercial luck for its manufacturer, the drugs giant Pfizer. The story goes that Viagra, which was being trialled as a heart pill suddenly started producing surprising side effects in the form of erections for the lucky men undergoing treatment trials. Pfizer knew immediately that they had hit gold and the only question once the treatment had been licensed was whether the treatment would be made available on the NHS. Is it legal to buy Viagra tablets online in the UK with a doctor
Given that as many as 10% of the adult male population is said to be suffering from impotence known medically as erectile dysfunction, it was obvious to the drug regulators that it would cost the NHS drugs budget a small fortune if the treatment was to be made available vis an NHS prescription. So it was decided that to ration it with the result that only about 10% of sufferers were eligible to receive the treatment on the NHS and only then, treatment was limited to 4 x 100mg Viagra tablets per month, enough for most people for nearly enough for the more sexually active sufferer.

Dieting is hard work and most people give up within a matter of weeks and others within just a few days. Let’s face it; extreme starvation regimes like the maple syrup diet can only really be attempted by those able to take a week out of life to lie on the sofa in a frail state of miserable self-punishment. Cabbage-soup is not for the faint hearted or for sociable types and the Juice diet will leave you tired and your tummy constantly rumbling with hunger. Whilst crash diets inevitably do help you to lose weight in a short period of time they should never be used as a long weight loss plan.
There are far less miserable methode perdre du poids rapidement rapidement and more importantly they are proven to work. These techniques are popular and well known weight loss tips, and none of them involve drastically changing what you eat, so you can still continue to enjoy all the food you enjoy.
Eat slowly – taking longer over your meals will help to cut down on calorie intake. This is because it can take the brain up to 15 minutes to tell you you’ve had enough to eat, so if you’re a fast eater the chances are you’ll overeat before your body can naturally signal to you to stop. Faster eaters, in fact, weigh an average of 7kg more than slow eaters. That really is food for thought.

Long have people believed that popping a quick Viagra pill will automatically enhance their sex lives, however many men who take the magic blue pill complain it doesnt do the business. The most likely explanation is that these men are taking the wrong medication for the wrong medical condition. Viagra is a treatment designed to treat erectile dysfunction, a condition characterised by difficulties achieving and maintaining an erection. Il Viagra viene impiegato per combattere impotenza by dilating blood vessels in the penis, making them more efficient carriers of blood. It is an extremely useful and effective treatment, provided it is correctly prescribed, which means it works on the basis that a patient has been diagnosed with male erectile deficit problems. Millions of men worldwide can testify to the powers of this wonder drug, so why do many find it completely ineffective?
Weve established Viagra is a great treatment for ED, however the treatment can do nothing to remedy sexual problems provoked by low testosterone levels if used on its own. This is because whilst erection problems can be a symptom of low testosterone, the underlying causes cannot be cured or treated by Viagra's vessel relaxing action. Men who suffer from ED and who have tried Viagra unsuccessfully are therefore advised to visit their GP for a referral to an endocrinologist.
Treating low testosterone can be as easy as receiving hormone replacement therapy, however many men shy away from consulting their doctor on the matter. Embarrassment is the biggest factor deterring men from discussing their sexual symptoms with a medical professional forcing the search for a solution online. Many men purchase Viagra on the internet in the hope their problem will be resolved, not knowing that if low testosterone is to blame for their issues their money will be spent in vain.

Cialis once-a-day is the only impotence pill specifically designed for daily usage allowing men to enjoy sex whenever they want. Lily ICOS, the manufacturers of the drug, believe it is a far more superior treatment to Viagra as its effects last longer – in the case of the daily tablet up to 24 hours, which is considerably more than Viagra’s average four hour efficacy. Cialis giornaliero is being touted as the ideal pill to promote spontaneous love making thanks to its continual effect and the method in which it is taken.
Erectile dysfunction is a problem which affects around 2.3 million men and the severity of the condition varies greatly from person to person. ED is often associated with health issues such as heart disease and diabetes, so it is likely that in future the numbers of men suffering with erection problems will increase in line with the obesity epidemic. The ease of taking a tablet to cure ED has revolutionised both its treatment and the way in which patients view the problem.
When Pfizer originally launched Viagra, patients were far less discerning and frankly rather grateful that their prayers for a treatment had been answered. The modern consumer of ED medicines, on the other hand, wants a drug to fit in with their lifestyle. One of the biggest complaints about Viagra was that it left little room for unplanned sex – the tablet needs to be taken 40 minutes before intercourse and lasts for up to 4 hours – and Pfizer’s competitors found a gap in the market. Consumer demand for a better product drove Lilly to develop Cialis, a longer lasting treatment which was touted as “the weekender” due to its long lasting effects. Further development of this product resulted in the release of a daily formula, which could further indulge the desire for spontaneity men could ill-afford with Viagra. Cialis once a day is a treatment which can be taken as part of a normal daily routine just as other medicines. The resulting effect is that men feel more normal.
